  • Any additional features or modifications requested after the project scope is defined may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the final website, including source code, design, and branding elements. BaseEcom retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Revisions & Support

  • We offer a limited number of revisions based on the project agreement.
  • Post-launch support and maintenance are available as part of our service packages or can be availed separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

BaseEcom is not responsible for any damages, losses, or business disruptions caused by website downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures. We do not guarantee specific revenue or business success from our developed eCommerce solutions.

8. Third-Party Integrations

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, shipping APIs) as requested. We are not liable for any issues arising from these third-party services.

9. Termination of Services

  • BaseEcom reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms, engages in unethical business practices, or fails to complete payments.
  • Clients can terminate services, but any payments made are non-refundable.
